At SecureSpot, we carry Public Liability Insurance as a form of risk management primarily used to hedge against the risk based on a range of processes and activities that have the potential to affect third parties (you – our clients, members of the public, visitors, trespassers, sub-contractors, etc. who may be physically injured or whose property may be damaged, or both).
SecureSpot considered all potential risk exposures when deciding whether liability insurance was needed for us, and, if so, how much coverage was appropriate and cost-effective. Whilst the Supply and Installation of Car Parking Bollards is a low risk activity, we are proud to say we chose to insure ourselves and are covered in the unlikely event of any accidents to ourselves, or to our clients during installation.
Please note that whilst we are covered during the installation process, once installation is completed, the bollards are handed over to our clients, fully releasing ourselves of any ongoing liability including but not limited to personal injury or vehicle or property damage.
A copy of our current Public Liability Insurance Certificate is available on request.
At SecureSpot, we offer a 12 Month Warranty on our products. Warranty includes parts or products only and does not include labour which include call out fees and technicians’ time on site, or any courier or postage charges. In the case of the client seeking a refund, the bollard(s) along with all accessories must be returned with no physical damage. Details of individual bollard warranties are as follows.
Automatic Bollards – “Statement “Solar“, “Smart”
Warranty is for the motor function of the bollard only and is valid from the day of installation for 12 months, or supply date, whichever comes first
Manual Bollards – “Pole“
Warranty is for the built-in key lock of the bollard only and is valid from the day of installation for 12 months.
Manual Bollards – “Arc” and “Height“
No warranty is offered for these models based on the lack of warrantable parts from our supplier such as a motor or a built-in lock. Should you experience structural faults with your bollard within 3 months of installation date or purchase, please contact us to discuss.
We do not offer a warranty on accessories however if you have purchased an accessory that has not been damaged and is not functioning correctly, at SecureSpots’ total discretion, we will replace your accessory within 3 months of purchase.
By purchasing a product and / or service from SecureSpot, you accept all terms including but not limited to product and service quality and warranty terms.

Warranty becomes void effective immediately if damage is caused by utilising an incompatible key, or if the bollards have been installed incorrectly by anyone other than SecureSpot, or if there is any visual damage or defects past the supply or installation date.
